Each week we'll explore different styles of conscious breathwork, all designed to restore balance and harmony to our nervous systems.  Build a kit of simple yet powerful tools to establish a new sense of calm and ease in your life.

The class will invite you to lie or sit, relax deeply and come back to yourself.
